Pain creates stress for everyone, especially for you and those closest to you. When you contact our clinic, your goal is to find a way to ease that pain so you can return to your life. She is cheerful and attentive. Whether assisting you on the phone or responding to your email, her goal is to bring you and our physicians together as soon as possible. Stephanie will work with you to schedule that critical first appointment.

Insurance/Billing
Marsha’s delightful personality will put you at ease as she answers all your billing and insurance questions. Marsha has over ten years of experience in the billing field and has extensive training in the specialty of pain management. She will see to it that our office processes your claims promptly. We feel that your experience with our physicians should be as worry-free as possible – and Marsha will do whatever she can to make that happen.

Medical Assistant
A friendly smile and warmth will put you at ease during your in-office procedure. Chas also handles various insurance authorization tasks, scheduling, phone and e-mail communications with ease and efficiency. She may at your check-out to assist you with future appointments and instructions.
